About us
We are seeking a friendly & outgoing dental assistant to join our team. We are a professional and fast paced atmosphere, therefore the ability to be an accurate multi-tasker is needed. Our office is looking a respectful communicator who enjoys dealing with the public. Computer skills a must. Good people skills, Team Oriented Individual, Computer operation experience. Our ideal dental assistant candidate should be able to obtain readable FMX diagnostic xrays, treatment plan diagnosis into computer, work accurately in a fast paced environment, chair-side 4-handed dentistry, and understands the basics of tooth anatomy and dental terminology. We are willing to train the right candidate with no experience as long as an accredited dental assistant certification has been obtained.
Pay is determined by applicant's experience.

Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
- Dental Assisting experience: EDDA Preferred, but not required. Minimal experience is okay as long as an accredited school certification has been obtained.

Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and inform them of procedures.
- Place patient's files in the proper filing system.
- Schedule appointments with general dentists.
- Answer phones, transfer calls, and respond to emails.
- Create dental charts and treatment plans.
- Communicate with patients, dental hygienists, and dentists.
- Assist chairside 4-handed dentistry.
- Prepare treatment rooms for procedures.
- Take x-rays.
- Sanitize dental equipment and operatories.
- Sterilization
- CPR certified
- Dental xray certification
- Dental assistant certification
- EDDA preferred, but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
